The price per channel assumption in the financials and valuation seems very high.

"While IVA presents a more reliable alternative, the cost of these systems is a major factor in the growing frustration with server-based video analytics. The cost of a single IVA software licence can run at upwards of £400 (€450) per channel, with an additional 10-20% maintenance fee often payable annually."
There are many other online-sources you can use to get an idea of software price per channel that the market can afford or bear.
As such the revenue projections look unrealistic and inflated for the software only revenue. The revenue numbers need to be cut atleast by 3 times. Then the revenue will look more like $500K, $2M, $5M .... NOT, 1.5M, 6M, $15M etc.
