Amen my friend - a proper update required. The silence tells us only that negotiations are ongoing and proposals are incomplete hence they need not disclose anything to the market. We still have months before a CR is required so we still play the waiting game for a contract to be announced with substantial revenue but each day that passes, the risk increases for shareholders.
