I have been very critical of this management in recent times however the wheels are certainly turning and these last couple of updates show that the business is moving in the right direction - as most are probably aware - I think it's critical to be showing the market this, without necessarily showing your hand.

The GM 5 year renewal is a massively pat on the back here, the initial contracted term was 3 years, sufficing to say, GM are very happy with where the product sits in their wider strategy and it is a vote of confidence in what this team can deliver. There is a bright future for CXZ within the GM tent.

I feel like sentiment is in the dryer at the moment, it has had it's wash and spin cycle, things are starting to smell a lot fresher and cleaner at ol' CXZ.

And finally, albeit the SP isnt reflecting anything material as yet, I am feeling a lot more confident, the stage is really getting set up. Mr & Mrs Market will slowly start to wake up as the next few months unfold. Not unrealistic to expect a $28m MCAP as we stand currently. That's a 100% from here and still feels a bit underweight to me.

On the downside - we obviously know there have been some key appointments - so short term bottom line isn't going to be pretty initially but I think mgmt are doing a fair bit to mitigate overall impact. Gotta speculate to accumulate.
