Anshof Development Drilling Procurement of equipment and services for drilling of the Anshof2 well in Q3 2023

It is anticipated that by the end of 2023 a total of three wells will produce oil and associated gas from the Anshof field
from the three well cluster.

During the quarter, ADX secured long lead items including casing, well heads and
well equipment for the drilling of Welchau. ADX expects to finalise an agreement for the surface
drilling location and commence permitting which would allow the drilling of a well by mid 2023.
