Hi Spid,

Given the progress being made in relation to the turnaround, short and medium term deliverables, etc, I think management needs to start thinking about how get the word out to a larger and broader audience. Our shareholder base seems relatively thin and so the opportunity it would seem would be to start getting the word out via marketing channels / mining sector presentation events, etc as we tend to see from other companies in our space.

Also, as you've said, some on-market share purchases by directors wouldn't do astray here. I'd hope to see more of these things over the coming qtr.
