The price will ramp up as expansion is shown. Otherwise it's within a fairly priced range.

I mentioned this to @Timtator a month or so back. Unfortunately the media out of India a few months back created alot of holders around 4.5-5c holding the bag coming into option conversion dilution.

NSL didn't comment on the rumours re the steel mill which I think was unfortunate as it left alot of stale holders above. And everytime we get good news people sell down.
