absolutely.... and we don't know that the 63% quality wasn't a result of Huate and METS being onsite and tweaking and possibly making changes to original design.... i'm all for them waiting until it was fully dialled in before spending millions on plant.... especially when 63% will likely result NSL getting far more $/t
