Does any one care to hazard a guess at what sort of obscene figure a Ceto III unit is worth with the tether and the actuator?

What about the array reticulation?

Or how much that Jump up rig costs per day?

Are we going to be buying land to put the plant on?

What about the cost of connecting the desalination to the system?

And for that matter how will they go about the connection will it need chlorination and fluoridation to match into the supply grid or will it need massive pipelines to pump into reservoirs?

Has an environmental impact study been done to investigate the ultra high saline waste and how far offshore will it be pumped or are we to set up a salt mining operation as well (probably the best option)?
