Mercury Pharma was solely for distribution in Aus and NZ, not EU according to the company and Roby only weeks ago? That was the reason for the need to differentiate with a different brand apparently. Now it's for Poland as well?
If they're getting data from it, I'd bet the "commercial terms" are on a low cost basis and therefore unlikely to bring any great profit margin or revenues.
Very little mention of the MGC Pharma branded lines recently? All progress is Mercury Pharma related? The low cost, low margin products.
Yet another deal subject to approvals expected in the next quarter.... always the next quarter isn't it.
They're remarkably consistent with their playbook and some are remarkably consistent in falling for it.
