I believe what this relates to is that they can basically replicate what they have been doing here in AUS via the Special Access Scheme (early access to market) in the US, via this new product avenue in parallel with the product going through the formal regulatory FDA approval process. This was also one of the catalysts for the recent cap raise in order to have the funds to pursue this option.
