I think your both right on various aspects, there was obviously brokers involved helping pump on the way up to help their clients get out at a good price and a lot of positive spin put on, the sp really shouldnt have been anywhere near the highs it got to which is why the chart looks so horrific now.
nothing has really changed with the company, things a bit delayed, they have plenty of money from raising at such a high price, but now there is all the negative sentiment around since the pump crew left, being such a recent listing I’m sure there’s plenty of good news around the corner to pump it again, hopefully on better fundamentals and progress.
