No - I don’t sue companies for securities claims. If I did - not this one.
Why not this one? It has no money, I doubt the directors have insurance and they’ve mugged people who didn’t puzzle over it enough for small amounts (ie me).
You seem really personally aggrieved that I have identified reasons why if I had read the material properly I wouldn’t have picked up these shares. I think I am entitled to have the view I didn’t understand the limitations of the product.
All of the views that I have are rational views that might be material to people dealing in the shares.
For instance where I criticise the opaque timeline for approval, you say that’s inherent. I read the company’s material as suggesting they’d be on track for Q1 this year to have meaningful clarity and obviously they don’t and maybe I shouldn’t have read it that way.
The tenure point is the duration of the license is short and the difficulty or otherwise of developing a competing solution to suspend the V iagra doesn’t seem particularly difficult.
The only criticism I make of the company is the lack of clarity on approval timelines and pathway. Many other people seem to feel the same way.
I could very well be wrong in my views, as I’ve said I’m not best inforrmed but now I’ve wasted a couple of hours reading the material, I think I was impulsive and I can’t see how the concerns the market has are resolved in the medium term and I don’t believe what management says about the future given the immediate past.
Also - let’s be real - is Terry White selling 300 bottles price sensitive. We It reeks of desperation.
