After re-reading, I'm a little more critical of the claims of EVE. In particular, "responded within 15 minutes to a 10mg Tadalafil oral film" What sort of response? Does a tingle or twitch down below qualify as a response within 15 minutes? LTP measured time to max blood concentration and found that to be 12 minutes for Spontan compared to around an hour for tablets. For all we know, despite "ten person observational data" showing a "response" within 15 minutes, EVE's might take an hour to reach max blood concentration just like other forms of oral ED medications. A "response" is not very meaningful.
