Having experience in the compounding space in the US as far as semaglutide goes, I do know that it is cheaper to buy than the FDA approved products like Wegovy or Ozempic.
So maybe this is a derivative or even same product - but as @ma420 you suggest is up to doctors discretion to dose it and also cheaping is not going to be as attractive.
plus with FDA approval it can go into guidelines for doctors to prescribe, i dont know if compounding pathway does this
