It was yet another really good update. There is plenty to like and nothing to dislike from my viewpoint and at 47c a share this is looking very cheap from a long-term shareholder's point of view given the substantial growth opportunities and markets that AEI are targeting and given the very early stage of its commercial life. The journey for AEI, just like the relatively recent share price appreciation, has barely begun.

Highlights from today's update include:

* The first in a series of anticipated purchase orders from a substantial new customer for the latest generation of AerisGuard OEM coatings. This initial purchase order was in excess of $130,000AUD for the initial stage of a large project with additional stages being worth in excess of $520,000AUD.

* Confirmation of the successful installation and commissioning of the company's SmartENERGY technology at a high-profile site for a leading national retail chain with the anticipation of further commercial projects being awarded going forward.

* The company has secured purchase orders from numerous highly-regarded sporting and community clubs with further orders anticipated and quotations in excess of $500,000AUD already issued.

* Material discussions are under way in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, The Philippines and New Zealand with some of the highest-profile organisations and property owners in these regions.

* The company has been approached and is engaged with many large providers and channel partners who are now providing access to their customers having recognised the benefits of the Aeris SmartENERGY solution to drive energy efficiency and peak demand reductions.
