if they go ahead after final investment decision then dl e c are good for 70% debt and lck will have to raise 30% of capital/debt.
debt has to be paid back.
this means lck has control. and hopefully the cash flow to repay all debt.
it's a lending facility with the people who know the project better than anyone else at this stage.
love the zero carbon urea project they are calling it.
it's an ambitious project with a long runway. but so far so good.
if they keep hitting milestones can't complain
