makka if I may, this attitude of "I have to hang on until break even", while common, is quite silly.
Especially if you don't believe this company is ticking the boxes you are looking for.
You are far better to find an alternative company you believe you will go up 200% to make your money back than hang on and whinge about the one you no longer believe is capable of doing that.
