a very interesting announcement this one.

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA, December 7th 2023: AnteoTech Ltd (ASX: ADO) (AnteoTech or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed production of the first commercial high silicon anode containing Anteo X.

This marks a key production milestone for the Clean Energy Technology division’s commercialisation process. The team has optimised the anode design of a European Electric Vehicle (EV) company whilst integrating Anteo X and achieving both cost and performance improvements when compared to their baseline design. Significantly, anode formulation and scale up was successfully transferred to a third- party manufacturer, who completed on time delivery of the anode to the EV company. The first successful manufacturing run confirms the ability of contracted anode manufacturers to scale-up the slurry mix containing Anteo X into a larger scale manufacturing process and represents a key validation point in the development and commercial adoption of our Anteo X product.

1/ if ev1 is testing our "high silicon anode containing anteoX" how close are Anteotech to reaching the 1000 cycle 80% retention milestone and how confident are ev1 that it will be achieved ???

had Grigor in his newsletter after a presentation claim "ADO has increased the number of cycles from 200 earlier in the year, to 750-800 cycles now, whilst achieving 90% energy retention. Its highest quality anodes are using 70% silicon."

that would confirm our position at the front of anode tech

2/ at this stage of the partnership with ev1, how much further testing is needed before an announcement is released?

they would be have cracked the 100 cycle at the moment and have a pretty good data base as comparison to what Anteotech's testing has already achieved.

we have shown them already the cost savings and the performance improvement with our testing

3/ who is the 3rd party anode manufacturer ? IMO they would have to be the anode supplier to ev1 or the company chosen by anteotech to manufacture our high anode tech.

either way they would be a significant company and we would have to be very close to signing a deal with them. in the agm presentation one of the commercial milestones was with a battery manufacturer.


plenty happening at Anteotech with possibilities of other battery deals, non dilutionary funding, commissioning of our production facility and lifescience deals.

the billion $$$ question is will they happen? well imo as a spec company we are a hell of a lot closer than we have ever been to signing major commercial deals. its going to be a very interesting start to 2024 for holders.....
