re: Ann: Commissioners Gold JV Cowarra Gold P... Received a most impressive glossy Prospectus in the mail today with the offer document for the float in Commissioners Gold.

The thing is I suppose its because I am a shareholder in CMY that I was sent a prospectus. The problem is, the float closes on Tuesday.

I just wondered why it was so late that these documents were sent out.

I noticed in a recent article concerning the IPO that they refer to it as one of the more 'riskier' of floats this year and was for ' experienced investors only'

I guess what I am expecting is that if this float is a success, we may as Capital Mining shareholders benefit.
