Can the continuous 48hour final commissioning take place without all the components on site, installed and full completion finalised ? NO. Using your theory above - it would be like driving a new car out of the dealership without a bonnet and fuel cap installed. Doesn’t happen….
Considering, 2 ships yet unloaded, 1 in transit and 4 that were yet to leave China (then considering the unload / clearance times social proofed and experienced at Port recently) …. I reckon you are blowing wind up your own hole. Q1 is far too optimistic. Has happened before hasn’t it - such bullish statements, like the 7-9month construction timeframe estimated ??
WKT don’t just have governance issues, time management issues also seems a reoccurring theme.
