VML is let down by number of shares on issue 4,170,483,084 (~4.2B), when market is green like today and it had recent announcement of commissioning, I thought its SP will move North, particularly on day like today but It seems like it is heading south. The gap is broken and its sentiments are fading. The management should consolidating share price 4:1 to keep above $0.10 and see that would be a right move. And also provide a revenue guidance
