· Vital Metals is Canada’s first rare earth producer (Nechalacho operation in Canada’s Northwest Territories, where mining commenced in mid-2021). To emphasize, Vital isnot just an exploreror developer - Vital is already a miner.

· In June 2022, Vital has commenced feeding ore from Nechalacho into its dense media separation (DMS) plant rare earth extraction facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Again, to emphasize, Vital isnot just an explorer, developer and miner, it is also a downstream processorof rare earth oxides. As Geoff said: “…this is an opportune time to be commencing downstream carbonate production.”

· Vital is a miner and a downstream carbonateproducer with a capitalisation ($158.5M), way belowa billion, hard to believe I know. This is an anomaly. Wait till the price flickto the upside like a rubber bandthat has been stretched to its limit. There will be a lot of frustrated peopleif you haven’t already invested.
