My guess is there is no value being added for Maniry yet (still waiting ONE approval, and then funding), and, the artificial pressure on rare earth commodity minnows by China.
The current share price is reflective of Panthera's value only IMO. Of note, re Maniry, the board has had discussions with financiers, and the project is still going ahead, so, no news is good news in that regards.
