They got the technology and just needed the machinery.
The machinery was for production, not for testing.
They are beyond test phase, that's why they set up machinery.
IMMINENT - how long is a piece of string?

am expecting good news, would be shocked to hear of any failure - a small setback at this stage would feel like a kick in the guts for sure
