Upcoming small scale production would at least be the start of raising inventory for Sinomine or it could be used for bulk sample material to provide to other potential suitors down the track if Sinomine can't reach an agreement.
Pure speculation over beers with a mate that also holds but maybe Sinomine no longer has the clout they had before Zimbabwe recently "opened it's doors for business" and we could do better?
