Where is the POG heading? There is weakness there and it can still fall lower!
Great announcements from ABU and more Gold on the way!
But investors should not get too carried away about there being a large jump in ABU's sp anytime soon! Most big investors look at the US$ POG which is about $1145. With such weakness in the POG they are not likely to jump headlong into small, untrusted Gold stocks like ABU. The Gold price is looking weak and may go lower. Despite our AUS$ being 73c now and good future profits for ABU, the market isn't ready to push ABU through 30c any time soon, IMHO.
So the full Commissioning of the plant will be another milestone ticked off, but will the sp rise dramatically? I don't think so.
But hang in there ABU's sp will break through 30c at some point in time when this fickle market is good and ready.
At around 25c ABU's sp looks cheap for the longer term, as long as the POG holds up.
