I would think the underwriters, IMO they stoped selling leading into the new tax year, but still have a couple of weeks left in them at least, there was a lot of sell qty reinstated the last couple of days, one would expect them to sell into every upswing until they clean out.
Volume has been up for a while, with overselling, profit taking, I cant believe its cold feet.
