Doing exactly what they said they would, on time, arguably even slightly ahead of time. They told us back here that “end spurt” was near and they were aiming to commission this in Sept, and here we are still with a fortnight of Aug left to run.
The ever-sniping, short-covering bears spend a lot of their bitter lives here spreading FUD, yet Vulcan just sails right over the top of them again and again.
