CXU are about as above board as it gets, as far as I can tell. The fact the CEO is the competent person on both Geological and Corporations Act concerns is pretty huge. It may be a bumpy ride, though. EPA approvals from VIC are a while off, however, the same VIC government has an advertised desire to open the area up to industry. No SEEK ads right now though seem to indicate much resources hiring going on in Ballarat, the nearest airport and hub, outside the Ballarat Gold Company - big fish in that pond. I think the price is being taken for a ride, also - someone's been having fun since August. But there are serious Investors behind this project. At the same time, not much is going on in Argentina and definitely not VIC. Use satellite maps.
There is also the issue of Wombat Forest next door. This is going to go up, but I suspect not as quickly as anyone would like.
