6 years ago, when they raised $5mil from shareholders for the MALTA facility, they had no debts and over $20mil in cash in the bank. Now the company is worth only $13mil.
The first time the raised cash I am talking about as they had another raise after that as the money disappeared from the first one.
MXC has become a a bit of a scam - lots of promises from the company that don't seem to materialise as a gain for shareholders. Time is running out for both.
