My bet it may be Gupta and his GFG Alliance entity taking a stake, but MGT mining is 5 yrs away. Gupta would be looking for Gov subsidy especially after saving Whyalla steelworks , a good back door into a exploration company with raw materials to complement would be one way to get into the SA gov 10 billion fund or sure up his credentials with the government. Still 5 years away for mining (?), plenty of time to get involved, all imho.
