Maybe 400-500ppm, but a half life measured in minutes as opposed to hours, is my guess.
Really would want a formulation which keeps 327 plasma concentrations above 1,000ppm (2,000ppm would be better) for at least 60 min. That would be a drug useful for treating sepsis due to most (or all) ESKAPE pathogens.
UTI - that's an indication in which 327 is showing real promise, IMO.
This phase 1 is moving slower than I expected. No way we'll have the phase 2 done and topline results by the end of the year. And no way they'll be starting a phase 3 next year like they had indicated.
