Picture worth 1000 words. Could be at the bottom but that call has been made before many times, when you could argue the outlook and cash position was a lot stronger. Unfortunately the relentless consistency of this management group has eroded confidence to all time lows even after two funding dilution cycles and consolidations.
You never know could be about to turn around but the evidence and performance to date points to business as usual. When the management starts buying significant amounts could be a punt opportunity but while they don't have the confidence not sure anyone without an agenda would be pumping this stock.
