So the terms are "within 90 days" which means they will plan to meet on day 85 for their next meeting which was expected to be just a rubber stamp because no-one on the committee was actually going to read the MIC anyway, but Mr so and so will be sick and Mrs this and that will have to be on canteen duty for her kids school and so they will delay that meeting by a fortnight; then the junior member of the committee will be tasked with writing a BS report for the Minister who will take another three months to approve it without reading it before the MIC finally gets signed.

That's my optimistic take on what will actually happen.
