I wonder how CBA will comply with parts of the Enforceable...

I wonder how CBA will comply with parts of the Enforceable Undertaking & RC issues without IAM software / processing /applications & protcols on the 31st May. IMO, I think CBA could be in a more compromised position and i wonder if EY can now give them a clear bill of health without them having all these boxes tickedl off......
just maybe its all a game of bluff / poker till the 31st May !!!!!!

if all else fails imo i suggest:

Plan B: call MW back to help management with Plan C: repeat fluff cycle with a new shell concept and CR.
