BCI MINERALS SECURES COMMONWEALTH
APPROVAL TO COMMENCE FULL-SCALE
OPERATIONS AT MARDIE
Perth, Western Australia –– BCI Minerals Limited (ASX:BCI) (BCI or the Company) is pleased to advise
that it has received approval from the Commonwealth Department of Climate Change, Energy, the
Environment and Water (DCCEEW) of its Groundwater Monitoring and Management Plan (GMMP). This
approval enables the Company to progress to full-scale operations at its Mardie Project.
This Commonwealth Government approval, together with prior Western Australian Government
approvals1, enables BCI to commence filling the remaining operational ponds (Ponds 4 through 9) and
begin commissioning the crystallisers at the Mardie Project.
BCI’s Managing Director, David Boshoff, said:

necessary environmental approvals now in place, we are fully focused on safely delivering a world-class
operation that will supply premium industrial salt to global markets.”
