Hello Joe

As I am a landlord here in Perth I find the topic interesting ,

What type of problems do landlords have with tenants in Japan ,if any,

Have faced a few bad situations here in Aussie listed below,

+Tenant vacates with some furniture items .

+Tenant runs the rent bill up then vanishes

+Tenant leaves the property dirty

Tenant does all of the above plus kicks the odd door in just for the hell of it ,


Not all like this now , much better since I stopped taking Government bond assistance .
