I disagree .
The board remunerated the new CEO (Darryl) with a package that aligns entirely with shareholders. The majority of Darryl’s remuneration is in the form of company shares.
I don’t think you can get a CEO so heavily paid in shares, and therefore company more aligned with its shareholders.
Remembering, we also required a high profile CEO to sort out the equity, and one that investors (new stake holders) will follow. I echo @spendthrift comments above.
I personally spoke with Darryl about this very point. I can assure you. He is aligned.
