Why does mentioning China mean trickery and manipulation? Isn’t it Wall Street and Goldman Sachs who are good at speculating and manipulating commodities? Fundamental is king. There is no shortage of rare earths in the world. Even without China, there are many cheap rare earths in Brazil and Africa, and the economics are far better than those in Australia.
