You have your points and I agree with it as for demand and supply equation. However, with our government step in with friendly loan to ensure the project get started (exactly what Senator King said, "Rare earth project is unlike other, that 's why the government step in to ensure the project can go a head).
It is no longer just a REE project, it has been politized, it is about national security, job and economies.. As the prime minister said to ensure Australia become a critical mineral super power.
There will be up and down... demand / supply equation will always a factor. But it will be built and it will be producing -
Lets see by end of this June or end of this year where we will be in term of share price...
