IMO, i think that is a stretch. From what i have seen, Entrepreneurs Grants are one of the easier grants to get.
Which would make sense why the grant is paid after completion of the project.
IMO, by getting the grant it just means you ticked enough boxes to be eligible to access it & does not indicate that someone at the government has studied what you are doing.
