Regardless of any board outcome the DW site sadly is a dead duck. The amusement park is on its last legs and the best use of the land is ultimately redevelopment. So anyone with expertise in this area will be a positive for AAD.
AMF needs to be sold, and Main Event too, so I doubt that AAD will exist in 24 months with the company wound up/taken private with surplus funds returned to shareholders.
