There are always going to be some traders and that's probably a good thing because no one can buy shares if there are no sellers. It gives us a bit more liquidity. Regarding the selling around this level, I think the sellers at 21 might be trying to slow the sp. After all, who sells just above the previous high price? If this closes at a fresh high of 20.5c, then those sellers at 21 will either move their orders higher or will get taken out very quickly. In the mean time they will flush out the last sellers before this breaks higher again. There is a chance that the cap is effective enough to give us one more brief pull back but I wouldn't count on that this close to news and especially after the last pullback was so brief and low in volume. RSI still no where near overbought. Money flow indicator is very positive. The trend is up and strong but not going crazy. This looks like it's on the verge of breaking higher.
