Looks like it will probably be early January for the DFS but the supplier agreement could come through any day still and then it will be very quick to finish off the DFS - from the company update "to complete negotiations with a chemical counterparty immediately prior to finalising the DFS". That sounds like all the work is done and it could be within a day or two of the supplier agreement to enter a few numbers before releasing the DFS.

Someone mentioned it was a bad miss on timing but the delay to the supplier agreement and DFS might be measured in days rather than weeks. Unfortunately just a few business days delay at this time of year can turn into a week with public holidays and weekends thrown in. The good thing about this time of the year is that most of the short term traders may already be out, possibly with just a few left to sell into the news.

In the big scheme of things, a week or two delay is going to be insignificant compared to the extra price negotiating power the company would have gained by getting grades up to around 5N purity. That doesn't appear to be factored in at all since yesterday's update.
