Does the permit timeframe push this so far back it may aswell be a new greenfield exploration company? How many years til production given the slowmotion redtape govt approach? Has a flotation circuit been considered to increase recovery? Why are they using an sc5.5 price of US$1375/t to make the NPV look impressive? Sub US$700/t AISC in Canada, really? No wonder CE has been salary snipped imo. Should all be paid less and in shares. imo
