I do agree with most of this. The only thing I'd point out is - im fairly certain I read in one of the announcements - was that WR1 will retain a First Right of Refusal once the option lapses. Whilst not the same as the option it still gives them some degree of leverage down the track - still a crappy outcome but keeps them in the drivers seat. Overall it might not matter since I agree, the announcements to me make it quite clear they arent close to an agreement with anyone.
