From your post over at LLL i see you say will LLL will make an Offer of the century...except its so low i dont think wr1 holders would accept. They probably would rather the project goes kaput than to be offered 20cents per share for it LOL
Having said that I think probably CE has already agreed to it seeing that they have allowed the sp to drift to sub 20c now by management's actions and inactions. What a terrible outcome for holders

LLL have 1 shot at this or they will have to hand back tranche 2 so they perhaps will offer a premium. WR1 holders are in a weak spot due to renard timelines and will have to take the deal."
