insane that a company board of a asx listed company of this size and with this many decisions and this much going on only has a acting non executive chairman- one executive director ceo and one non executive director - poor governance imo - essentially a one man executive show

Seem odd to me - also seems odd they haven’t been able to get other executives onto the board

Have to wonder why
