They need to halt any more acquisitions in the short term and get the existing ones performing a lot better.

Using the excuse of staffing problems maybe a factor but there will be a number of issues not mentioned in the update.

Each lawyer employed needs to earn fees of say 2 1/2 times their annual salary. We will have paid lawyers who are under performing and not productive. This maybe harder to monitor in the short term with the different locations.

There have been too many distractions for management this year with the expected merger which didn’t go ahead.
