    The $4M loan was a commitment from the previous dodgy board and has been going for years before JB took over. GLV tightening the screws I would say to get some value, whatever value if there is some. The company also has the option to exchange the loan value for shares, although that won’t necessarily bring value out of that project. Dump it I reckon and focus on the other 2 boomers....NT and SA!!
